Tetra Tech ARD (http://www.ardinc.com) is accepting expressions of interest from qualified local and regional candidates for a range of technical (long- and short-term) specialists needed to staff the anticipated multi-year USAID-funded Support to the National Assembly project in Armenia.

Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:
*Bachelors (Masters’ preferred) degree in public administration, political science, international development, law, or a related degree; *Minimum 5 years work experience in the relevant technical area; *Prior 5 years experience working on similar democracy and governance development projects funded by USAID or by other major donors; *Geographic experience in the former Soviet Union CIS or in the Caucasus - experience in Armenia required; *Fluency in Armenian required.
