We are seeking applications from technical specialists with experience in landmine clearance and EOD operations for our programme in Angola.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an established programme, with a team of 5 international staff and circa 200 national staff. The MAG Angola programme is looking to consolidate its position in Angola and to strengthen and develop its national capacity. Mine action in Angola is critical to the ongoing efforts to reconstruct and rehabilitate a country devastated by years of conflict.
Candidates will need previous knowledge, experience and qualifications in the field of EOD/UXO/Landmine clearance, as well as previous experience of managing a team, capacity building and meeting clearance targets and objectives.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,648pa and per diem of up to US $12,500pa. Annual leave starts at 6 weeks a year and increases with service to 8 weeks. MAG will also provide accommodation, three international leave flights per year and comprehensive insurance, amongst other benefits.
