Finance Assistant
The Asia
Foundation, an international non-governmental organization working on democracy
and governance, is seeking applicants for a Finance Assistant (FA). Reporting
to the Finance Officer – Expense Management, FA is responsible
for checking travel expense reports, maintaining petty cash, preparing checks
and banking transfer slips, preparing bank reconciliations, maintaining the
filing system for payment vouchers. To be a successful FA the candidate should
be a good team player.
Candidates
should ideally possess the following:
- Preferred previous similar experience with international organization;
- Diploma in Accountancy or Commerce, or higher qualifications;
- Ability in computer skills;
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia - written and spoken;
- Self-motivated and has good Analytical skills;
- Attention to details and accuracy; excellent time management and
- Honest and Trustworthy.
