Executive Secretary
(Based in Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Have minimum 3 years experience in the same field (prefered in International Organization)
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major (prefered in Secretarical and Administration)

- Expert to do secretarial works include filling, correspondence, meeting appointment and travel arrangement

CM-ECCD Supervisor
(Based in NTT)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for CM ECCD project implementation at sub district until village level
- Train, mentor and supervise partner to facilitate in sub district and village level activities in ECCD (Parenting, ECCD center and transition to Primary School)
- Facilitate regular meeting with partner in Parenting, ECCD Center and transition to Primary School
- Ensure trainings, workshops, coordination meetings which involve local governments/partners are conducted at sub district until village level.
- Develop activity plan in quarter and annual in line with supervisor planning and budget.
- Ensure efficient distribution of materials and resources to field as required
- Maintain positive relationships with community level institutions and individuals
- Ensure community buy-in to the need for improved early childhood supports
- Become Plan Indonesia’s point person at sub district and village for CM ECCD project implementation who coordinates all partners in order to reach project’s objective
- Monitoring project implementation.
- Project progress report monthly and quarterly, including data collecting regularly.
- At least write case study/MSC story for each quarter

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree related field (preferred in Education Study)

CMECCD Senior Officer
(Based in NTT)
Responsibilities:

Climate Change Adaptation Supervisor
(Based in Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Support and provide technical assistance on Climate Change Adaptation component
- Responsible to ensure the quality of CCA component undertaken to the overall implementation
- Responsible for project monitoring and evaluation
- Represent Plan Indonesia in any national Climate Change forum as well as in network meetings
- Ensures that all learning of 4CA project implementation is documented and shared within Plan Indonesia and partners
- Close cooperation with the PME team to ensure that project implementation is running well.
- Coordination and communication with point person from Plan Regional Office (ARO) who responsible to manage the 4CA project
- Collate report from PU to be submitted to DRR Project Manager in quarterly, semester, annual and thematic report.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of climate change experience with international NGOs or international organizations of which 2 years have been completed in the field;

TVET Specialist
(Based in Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical technical input into the program strategy, design, indicators (CSP, CPO) and Detailed Implementation Plan
- Develop program implementation guidelines and tools
- Monitor program quality
- Alert PU technical staff, PUMs, Project Manager as to any problems with program quality or variations from strategy/DIP.
- Provide input to the development of PU planning process (3 three years and annual)
- Review PU level POs for technical quality
- Develop concept notes for grant proposals
- Contribute to the development of grant proposals to donors
- Advise PU technical staff, PUMs, Program Manager on ways to improve program quality
- Train (or arrange training) for technical staff at the PU and CO level as required in coordination with HR department
- Take part in the recruitment of staff in area of expertise.

WASH Supervisor
(Based in Rembang)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct situation assessment through issues analysis, capacity/resources, access, opportunity and support
- Prepare draft Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) of his/her respective program/project
- Responsibility at PU level in line with Country Office (CO) DIP and Community Development Plan (CDP)
- Design project planning and budget based on PU Detail Implementation Planning (PU DIP)
- Integrate PU plans with those of the District to encourage synergies
- Develop annual work plan based on PU DIP with regarding CO DIP and CDP (activities, time line, person in charge, and partnership)
- Communicate the result of annual work plan and PU DIP to all stake holders to synergize resources

Nutrition Project Manager
(Based in Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Planning and design of project implementation strategy, logframe and budget with clear milestones
- Develop implementation and monitoring plan based on approved project design and within agreed timeline
- Seeks for potential partners/consultants and conduct partnership assessment
- Prepare any partnership agreements
- Review relevant PU project plans and develop consolidated annual workplan and program budget
- Ensure project data incorporated into PPM in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate program implementation with Program Manager, Specialists, PUMs and PU technical staff
- Ensure consistency and coherence of project activities with overall project design
- Implement any national level activities
- Build partnership relations with stakeholders of the project and possibly other resource in each level
- Ensure that project partners implement Plan’s policy and procedures related to child protection and prevention of fraud.
- Monitor project activities, outputs and budgets
- Visit sites regularly at least every quarter and write visit report
- Prepare aggregate financial and narrative progress reports as required by donors
- Clearly and carefully document successes, failures and best practices at each stage of the project
