About the role
You will be key team member in ActionAid Australia’s efforts to defeat poverty.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Donor Development Manager manages ActionAid’s direct mail program including appeals, acquisition and donor communications. Developing and upgrading middle donors and increasing the number of confirmed bequestors are also key responsibilities.
As well as focusing on achieving income targets, you’ll maximise lifetime value of donors, cross-sell options to support ActionAid and collaborate with others to maximise impact across web and email channels.
You will have

- Proven experience in direct marketing and relationship fundraising.
- Strong strategic thinking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
