As a key member of the Country Office Human Resources team and in
close collaboration with the HR and Administration Director, the
incumbent will be responsible for supporting and advising the country
programme on the various HR processes and systems. This includes support
and advice in setting up or enhancing Recruitment and Selection,
Training and Development, employee orientation and induction,
Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits and Employee
Relations.
