The Program
The
Australia Indonesia Partnership for Health Systems Strengthening
(AIPHSS) is a Government of Indonesia program supported by the
Australian Government
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The Partnership aims to
strengthen key health system building blocks (health financing, health
workforce, service delivery and governance) and improve the use of
evidence in policy making. These system improvements
will strengthen the quality of, and access to, primary health care
services for the poor and vulnerable in Indonesia and in the longer term
contribute to improving the health status of poor people. Currently the
program is being implemented in two provinces
and eight districts as well as at the central level.
To
contribute to the AIPHSS, Coffey is currently seeking applications for a
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer – two posts to be based
(full time)
in Jakarta.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer – Two Posts (Jakarta): COFF-4533
The
M&E Officer is to support AIPHSS M&E functions including
assisting processes and reporting against performance indicators. The
Monitoring and Evaluation
Officer will assist the development of a monitoring and evaluation
capacity development plan and will work closely with the national and
sub-national Implementing Units (IUs), ISP team and the Ministry of
Health in data collection, analysis and interpretation.
The
M&E Officer will work closely with the M&E Adviser in
monitoring program achievements and coordinate with all national and
sub-national Implementing
Units. The position is under management of and accountable to the
M&E Adviser.
To
be considered for this role you will have Master degree in Public
Health, Epidemiology, Bio-statistic, Health Economics, or related
subjects. You
will have demonstrated five – seven years of experience in monitoring
and evaluation, preferably in donor funded development programs.
Experience would include the preparation of surveys, quantitative and
qualitative research including collection, analysis,
and interpretation of data, and report writing.
