Restless Development Sierra Leone is widely recognised by government, donors, the NGO community and civil society in Sierra Leone as the leading youth development organisation. The organisation implements long-running Volunteer Peer Educator and Business Development Services Programmes, while undertaking innovative pilots in peace-building, education, sexual and gender-based violence and microfinance.
We're now recruiting for a new Country Director in Sierra Leone to build on the successful legacy of our outgoing Director by leading the review, development and implementation of our next Sierra Leone strategy (2016 to 2021). They will also work with a professional and dedicated management team to consolidate our expertise in the three goal areas and take successful pilots to their next phase.
