SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International which is an international umbrella organization of national associations. It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit social development organization, working exclusively in the public interest.
Its objectives are:

- To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.
- To support children, young persons and families in need through the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training centers.
- To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the world.
- To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
- To serve as a model of long-term family based care.

POSITION PURPOSE
Donor Services Staff:
- Responsible for welcoming all new donor’s in SAHABAT SOS Program and to make sure standard welcome program from SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia
- Responsible for line management and development of the Donor Services Team.
JOB PROFILE
- Daily welcome call (phone or SMS) to Donors of SOS Children’s Villages which join with Sahabat SOS Program
- Aswer incoming call on behalf of SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia
- Responsile to follow up SAHABAT SOS Indonesia by phone
- Help Donor Services Coordinator to establish good retention program for SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in the field of Marketing/Communications/Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in Costumer Care work or in Call Center area
- Working experience in Fundraising area/Donor Service Area will be an advantage
- Ideally have some experience working for an international NGO
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Mature and organized, with an attention to detail
- Customer service and relationship building experience
- Excellent Computer skills
