Area Manager for East Indonesia
We
are looking for that experienced manager with a CAN-DO attitude and
humour to lead the SurfAid program teams in Bima and Sumba.This is not a
desk job!
You
will have an important role in program development. You can be based in
Bali, Sumba, Bima or Jakarta, with frequent travel to the program
sites. About 60% of your time will be spend in Sumba and Bima.
The
Area Manager is key member of SurfAid’s Senior Management team and will
work closely together with Country Director to contribute the overall
strategic direction, development, implementation and reporting of all
SurfAid East Indonesia programs
Minimum Qualifications;
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in senior program management is more important than your formal education
- Good people management and coaching skills
- Highly developed communication skills, including report writing, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly Analytical, creative and pragmatic
- Creative problem solver
