A non-profit organisation providing humanitarian assistance to displaced people, is urgently seeking:

Human Resources & Administration Specialist
Based in Bangkok

Human Resources & Administration Specialist will be based in Bangkok office and be responsible for a range of administrative, HR and IT tasks under supervision of Executive Director. This position will support offices in both Thailand and Myanmar.

Position Requirements
  • A team player and degree in Human Resources and Business Administration; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 5 years of work experience at senior level within a large INGO in a humanitarian context.
  • Thai Nationality with effective interpersonal and communication skills in English is encouraged to apply.
  • Lead, conduct and manage sensitive investigations into breaches of COC, write reports and make recommendations
  • Supervise the work of the Information Systems Coordinator in terms of IT team management, the provision of Helpdesk Services, IT infrastructure, system & network, and IT project.
