Head of Programme Support
Location: London, with extensive international travel
Duration & hours, fixed term and full time
Farm Africa is
seeking an exceptional Head of Programme Support to lead its Programme
Support Team. Providing support to our country teams, based in Nairobi,
Addis Ababa and Dar es Salaam on compliance and delivery of the
programme cycle. The Head of Programme Support will combine direct
programme support on some areas of the portfolio with oversight of the
wider support function, as well as strategic guidance and encouraging
best practice in programme delivery. This role will be based in London,
with extensive travel throughout east Africa.
Reporting to the Director of
Programmes, and working closely with Country Directors and their senior
management teams, Head of Programme Quality and Impact, and the
Programme Funding team, the Head of Programme Support will
provide high level programme implementation support and strategic
operational guidance for Farm Africa’s programme.
