Good Return is seeking a
Financial Capability Lead to empower low-income users of financial
services, to recognise and respond to subconscious habits and
behaviours, to map and plan their use of money, to choose and negotiate
appropriate financial services, to use products appropriately, and to
secure and grow their assets for the future.

About the Role
The Financial Capability Lead’s
primary role is to develop and maintain the Good Return strategy for
Financial Capability and Consumer Empowerment (FCCE); lead the
development of curriculum and capability development tools/frameworks
(with a particular emphasis on behavioural outcomes); build the FCCE
internal team capacity required to successfully implement the strategy;
and ensure the achievement of FCCE targets and deliverables.
A significant part of the role
involves program and technical leadership; overseeing our program and
staff in Cambodia, and identifying and collaborating on new program
development opportunities by providing technical input in order to
maximise the quality and impact of field based programs.
The Successful Applicant:
Will have demonstrated
experience in the development and application of innovative capability
development strategies, experiential learning and or adult non-formal
education techniques, as well as applied knowledge of behavioural
economics. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, and working
experience in the international development sector is essential.
