Job title: Mid Donor Coordinator
Reporting to: Planned Giving Manager
Salary: $65,314.77
Status: Full Time
Contract: 6 month contract (with possibility for extension)
Overall purpose of the role
The Mid Donor Coordinator will create processes to build strong
relationships with mid donors, and feed strong prospects to Major Gift
and Gift In Will teams. This will include intentional communication
strategies, telephoning Gift-In-Will inquires and prospects to establish
string connections and liaising with the broader Fundraising team, as
well as all other members of the movement (staff, volunteers and
supporters).
The key objectives are:
- Retention of mid donor level supporters
- Increase mid-level giving (upgrade RGs and increased cash gifts)
- Increased number of prospects fed to Major Gift and Gift In Will teams
Main duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate to mid donors (liaising with DM team and newsletter schedule)
- Research personal touch points with mid donors (e.g. Google alerts)
- First point of connection with all mid donor supporters, beginning with established prospect list
- Monthly reports on Mid Donor moves and Results.
