Introduction — Through the National Nutrition Communications Campaign
(NNCC), Millennium Challenge Account –Indonesia (MCA-I) is supporting
the Ministry of Health in Indonesia to raise awareness of and promote
behavior change to prevent and reduce stunting. This campaign will focus
in three districts: Ogan Kumiling Ilir (South Sumatera), Landak (West
Kalimantan), and Kapuas (Central Kalimantan), while the mass media
campaign will have national coverage.
In early January 2016, IMA World Health (IMA) office in Indonesia moved to a new and bigger office (150 square meters) in Jl HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta. Recently IMA has hired new staff members including BCC specialist, District Coordinator and M&E officer. This brings the number of IMA’s fixed-term staff in Indonesia to six. Additionally, IMA office in Jakarta also accommodates, on regular basis, national consultants, HQ’s staff and meetings with sub contractors and partners. Therefore, there is a need for an office assistant.
Purpose — The role of office assistant is to support the office on day-to-day administration and in-office works.
Roles and Responsibilities — The Office Assistant will:
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
- Operate office equipment including photocopier, printer, scanner.
- Ensuring equipment set up for meetings whenever necessary
- Ensuring office cleanliness at all times
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, and prepare or send outgoing mail
- Contact postage services in coordination with finance and program divisions.
- Run office errands including deliveries to MCA-I, MOH and partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Deliverables: Monthly timesheet
Reports to: Finance and Administration Manager.
