development stakeholders. Montrose's Asia-Pacific Office, based in
Yangon, are seeking to expand our network of high-quality consultants
for upcoming projects in Myanmar.
We are specifically seeking individuals with expertise in Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) and Health Service Delivery (HSD), particularly:
We are specifically seeking individuals with expertise in Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) and Health Service Delivery (HSD), particularly:
- Governance in health
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and health information systems
- Health financing/budgeting
- Health infrastructure/supply chain
Relevant undergraduate (essential) or post graduate (preferred) degree- A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in HSS/HSD programmes
- Experience working in relevant technical fields in Myanmar – ideally working alongside government ministries of health
- Experience of working in fragile/conflict affected settings
- Full working proficiency in English along with excellent writing and presentation skills (some knowledge of Myanmar language desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
