Position Purpose: To support the Philippine Red Cross by assisting HR
responsibilities related to Typhoon Haiyan recovery programs.
Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Prepares report on the updated Monthly monitoring chart of Job Vacancies
- Receives CV’s of applicants and sorts according to course/qualifications
- Conduct screenings and interviews of candidates
- Maintains and updates 201 files of TTL Staff
- Streamline HR Trackers (TTL list of Staff, Leave Tracker, Contract Tracker, Payroll Information Tracker)
- Distribute Contracts and Payslips of Staff
- Assists Bookkeeper-Admin in checking and verifying the accuracy of attendance and bi-monthly payroll reports of Staff’s and Volunteers
- Orient and train new staff on HR policies
- Ensure that newly hired Staff’s and Volunteers will undergo the PRC Orientation
- Support staff performance reviews
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's/College Degree (4 Year) required. Preferably in HR or a related field
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ HR related experience
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
