Job Description:
This is a full-time temporary position for 12 months with the potential for an extension.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Resources in Kind, the Partnership Manager's (Products and Services) primary responsibilities include:
- resource acquisition and management of gifts-in-kind
- developing partnerships with corporations and other organizations
- researching, analyzing, scoping, prospecting, cultivating, managing and stewarding partners/donors
- promoting organizational brand and positioning World Vision Canada as key business solutions partner and thought leader
- creating Partnership Development strategies/approaches
- managing donor stewardship and deepen impact and engagement with corporate partners
- being the key liaison for partners/donors and World Vision Canada
- conducting field visits with partners as needed
- University degree in fundraising/marketing with focus on international development
- 3-5 years of fundraising experience
- resource acquisition and management
- strong oral and written communication skills (speak, read, and write English)
- cross-cultural experience and sensitivity
- strong and proficient skills in computer, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics CRM
- strong interpersonal skills and team player
- able to travel internationally and within Canada
- valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
