Food For The Hungry Job Vacancy: Junior Field Officer - Bulucan, Manila - Philippines

1. Actively engages the leaders of the community in collaborative process in addressing issues in the community.
2. Facilitates groups of Community Leaders in the development of a Community Transformation Plan and on-going implementation of their plans.
3. Establishes relationships with key partners in the barangay level, schools and other stakeholders in the community.
4. Build the capacity of community and church leaders in the area of Biblical worldview, planning and implementation of projects and monitoring.
5. Serves as resource persons on issue of child protection, Livelihood, Education, and Health Issues.
6. Ensuring that FHPhilippines' advocacies are implemented in the community level.
7. Track and compile Community Leaders, Livelihood, Education and Health specific indicators.
8. track and compile community leaders' attendance sheets and other required documents.
9. Works with the Senior Field Officer in preparing proposal for expansion of the area.

Qualification:

1. Must be a graduate of Community Development/Social Development, or equivalent
2. Experience in training people and social works
3. In sympathy with Christian values
4. Must be a Filipino
5. Preferably, resident of Bulacan
