Title: Consultant for OPEN – Women Economic Empowerment

Report to: Program Development Manager OPEN (WE/SRD)
The Consultant support the PDM OPEN (WE/SRD) in developing the women empowerment program especially the women economic rights and justice program. The total number of working days is max 10 (ten) days in November 2016.
The Consultant for OPEN – Women Economic Empowerment will work closely with OPEN program team.
Roles and responsibilities:
Developing a max 20 pages of strategic paper about women economic rights and justice in Indonesia and the potential of social entrepreneurship for women. The paper shall also include the information but not limited on:
- The situation of women economic rights and justice in Indonesia
- The list of most influential actors and stakeholders
- Clear recommendation on strategic directions to build the future Hivos women economic rights and justice
Knowledge, experiences and competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of gender and development, women economic rights and justice issues and social enterprises
- Good understanding of and strong affinity with women’s network, civil society, and other related stakeholders
- Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills, particularly proficiency of writing in English.
- A good team worker.
