RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. (RMF) is a program of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) that is engaged in providing micro-finance services to poor entrepreneurs. It is currently operating in the provinces of Cebu, Bohol, Leyte, Negros & Siquijor.
True to RAFI’s promise of elevating lives, RAFI Micro-finance is expanding its operations through the opening of branches within and beyond the areas it currently coves.
About the Job:
The RAFI Micro Finance Regional Manager shall oversee all branch operations activities within his region, meeting operational targets and is responsible in ensuring the region’s overall performance. He/she is likewise responsible for the functions/tasks/activities related to the supervision of the area operations, market positioning, forecasting, program and policy administration, customer service, staffing and people management, and achievement of operational and financial targets.
Qualifications:
- A degree holder of a Business Management or a Commerce course;
- With at least 2-year experience working with a microfinance institution or in a related field;
- Knowledge of Operations of a Micro-finance institution is required;
- Preferably with supervisory/managerial experience;
- Willing to go on constant travel and do field work;
- Must be God fearing, and has the heart for capacitating others.
