Based in Amman, Jordan the Regional Director will play a key operational and development role in the region. You will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to up to 12 staff, including at senior level. In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of the HelpAge’s activities within the region, be part of the Global Directors team reporting to the trustees of the organisation. A main focus for the Regional Director will be influencing key stakeholders and driving your already established network to expand HelpAge’s goals within the region. Using your experience developed within the sector and your knowledge of the issues affecting the region will be essential to your effectiveness in this role.
