As Grants/Private Non-Sponsorship (PNS) Acquisition Manager, you provide leadership in developing and implementing a strategy for resource diversification in World Vision Myanmar and enhance organizational capacity for acquiring & managing grants and private funds according to donor and WV accountability standards. This will be achieved by supporting the programs of WV Myanmar in proposal formulation, donor liaison and building the capacity of local staff in the areas of resource acquisitions and donor regulations and compliance. The position holder is also responsible to develop a national second liner who will be able to take up this role in the future.
Requirements include:
- MSc/MA in Development Studies, Business Administration, Management, Technical Field (e.g. Public Health, Education) or related field.
- Demonstrated 5 years’ experience in successful project design, proposal writing, funding acquisition, and donor relations
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing a unit or department.
- Knowledge of program development and design, resource acquisition, major donors and multi-laterals and donor relations, participatory theory of change/project logic model development.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
