WWF-IDN is currently seeking for the best candidates for the position of Fisheries Business Officer – Inner Banda Arc.
This position will be based in Kei and report to Project Leader for Inner Banda Arc. The job holder will be responsible to ensure significant contributions of WWF Indonesia in decreasing the ecological footprint by providing technical support to related parties, such as local government, island forums, traditional institutions, business-ecotourism organizations, fisheries business, and higher educational institutions in order to develop and enhance active role of the sustainable and responsible fisheries business towards the efforts and agenda of marine-and-species based conservation in Indonesia, especially in the region of Inner Banda in line with strategic plan of WWF Indonesia
Requirements for This Position are:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree from Marine, Fisheries, Biology, Economy, Socio-Economy, and Agribusiness
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience in market research and handling fishery products
- Experience in facilitating fisheries business and aquaculture
- Experience working with communities, NGOs and governments
