Global Institutional Funding Coordinator
London (Brentford)/EU Countries
Salary circa £37,000 pa
Looking for a fresh challenge? Have you a proven track record in identifying and securing institutional funding? Do you want the responsibility to make a difference on a global level? Do you enjoy forming new partnerships? Join us in this new role and help us defeat leprosy, forever.
The Leprosy Mission (TLM) is a leading international Christian charity, active in over 40 countries, working towards the vision of Leprosy Defeated and Lives Transformed.
Operating as an International federation (Global Fellowship) of 30 Member countries, the International office provides leadership and facilitation to enable the Global Fellowship to achieve this vision.
Reporting to the Head of Operations Support, you will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities with transnational or global institutions and multilateral organisations, trusts, foundations, church bodies and corporations. You will research and conduct analysis into these opportunities and develop relationships with the funders.
TLM is an explicitly Christian organization, and part of your role will be to represent the Mission’s purpose and ethos to external audiences working with Christian networks and partners including churches. There is therefore an occupational requirement for the Global Institutional Funding Coordinator to be a practising Christian.
To apply, please send a completed application form, your CV and a covering letter outlining how your previous experience, knowledge and skills equip you to meet the requirements of this vacancy, along with our equal opportunities monitoring form to jobs@leprosymission.org.
Closing date: Monday 8 May 2017
Interviews: Thursday 18 May 2017 (Brentford or via skype)
