Are you a highly experienced and capable senior manager with program and leadership experience in INGO’s, looking for a role in an organisation that has a significant impact on the lives of others? Do you have experience in a cross-cultural global environment? We are seeking someone who has strong operational acumen, along with proven people leadership to lead our work in Cambodia. The role is based in Phnom Penh will join our dynamic Global Group Executive team.
Hagar International delivers programmes in Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore and Afghanistan, has support offices around the world. Our Head Office is in Phnom Penh. We are an INGO that works with women and children who are suffering from the impact of trauma resulting from human trafficking, slavery and abuse. We seek to magnify the impact of this work with individuals and families through our advocacy and capacity building work with other service providers and institutions.
With a new Global CEO and renewed strategy and vision, we are seeking someone who is looking to help shape and set Hagar on a path that will bring future success and enable a high impact for the work that we deliver.
