Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £34,500 - £40,000

Location: London or in any of Muslim Aid’s current Country Offices

We have a new exciting opportunity for someone with a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning background.  MEAL is an area that we are looking to develop that will have a substantial impact on our systems, programmes and funding and that will be seen by our beneficiaries.

This post will facilitate the global introduction of our new MEAL policy.  You will lead the roll out and delivering of the policy to all areas of the business.  There are three specific areas that you will work on: 

• Design, develop, embed, review and improve our MEAL policy and procedures.
• Ensure that all relevant staff and partners have adequate skills, capacities and participate in our MEAL system.
• Ensure expert insight, analysis and presentation of MEAL data enables continual improvement and capacity building. 

In order to do this it is essential that you have considerable experience in project monitoring and evaluation at field level.  Designing, delivering and facilitating training will also be required.

You will also be required to travel overseas 50% of your time.
