International Police Expert/Trainer on Community Policing in Tajikistan
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is a neutral, impartial and independent humanitarian organization that works to protect and assist people affected by armed conflict and violence.
The Manila Shared Services Center (MSSC), based in Makati since 1992, provides a range of services mainly in the field of Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting and Human Resources, to ICRC Headquarters in Geneva and delegations around the world.
Job Purpose
The ICRC is implementing a new system to manage the dematerialisation of procurement files (PaperLess ProFiles) all around the world (around 50 countries) and is looking for a change management officer to supervise the change related to this project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare leaders, managers and employees to embrace change and manage through the transition from current to future state
- Achieve successful change outcomes of the project
- Integrate appropriate change management activities into the overall project plan by working closely with the Project Management
- Provide support and coaching to front-line leaders and supervisors to best support change programs
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure people change activities are effective and delivered on-time and of high quality to the right audience
- Enable employees to be positive adopters of workplace changes and support project objectives
- Manage people-related project risks
- Measure and track results relating to people change
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 4 years experience working in a change management position, a demonstrated high degree of organizational change management skills, and an extensive experience successfully achieving people change
- Competent in change principles, processes, behaviors and has the ability to support others through it
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and experience in applying change management to different project management approaches
- Demonstrated performance in developing and implementing change management plans and deliverables such as communication plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, coaching plan and resistance management plan
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, good listeners, facilitators and able to communicate the change to people in all parts of the business
- Excellent Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Team player and capable of working pro-actively
- A pragmatist – be able to strike the balance between operational constraints and the effective delivery of the teams
- Experience in delivery of procurement or supply chain systems and frameworks is a plus
- Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent
