network of WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for
the position of Southern Papua Leader - Merauke.
This position will be based in Jayapura- Papua and report to Papua Provincial Coordinator.
The
job holder will be responsible for identify, design and implement
conservation program and develop Sustainability in Southern New Guinea as well as giving support to project objectives within
and outside the organization, emphasize on maintaining system and local
community knowledge about land use. Also make sure utilization of the space
base accordance to spatial planning document was approve by the government
(parliament and executive) in line with requirement and needs and conform
management guidelines, in order to achieve WWF Indonesia's program objectives.
Requirements for This Position are:
- At least hold Graduated S2 (S2 more favourable) from Biologist/Forestry/Social-Science/Nature Conservation
- At least 5- 8 years having working experience of conservation and management, and having some additional training courses on conservation and social development.
