Title: Program Manager
Duty Station: Lombok
Responsible to: Program Director
Coordinates with: Emergency Coordinator
Duration: 6 months, with possibility for extension
Deadline of submission: Wednesday, 22 August 2018

Job Description:
- Manage the program team
- Conduct depth, quality assessment in the field for quality proposal, including join the coordination meeting/cluster meeting
- Gather and analyze information on current and future response needs
- Identify operational needs, set priorities and communicate this to the Emergency Response Coordinator
- Organize and manage the operational (field) emergency response
- Ensure minimum standards of response are met
- Develop and implement the monitoring and evaluation plan
- Monitor emergency response and adapt approach as required, including analyse their fulfilment of project design, following donors’ and partners’ procedures and guidelines
- Review and finalization of project reports and distribution to donors as required
- Support Emergency Coordinator to develop plans and strategies for transition to early recovery
Qualification:
- Good knowledge on disaster management and skill to provide training on disaster management.
- Strong experience in managing disaster response project, including preparedness, emergency response, and post-disaster project.
- Have experience working with NGOs and good knowledge on humanitarian actors in Indonesia.
- Relevant bachelor's degree required, master's degree related to WASH or MNCH is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
