Coordinator Samboja Lodge
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall operational activities of Samboja Lodge. Financial control and provide finance analysis. Develop and maintain the relation with customers and travel agencies. Environmental preservation and safety management.
General knowledge:
- Finance analysis and control
- Business strategic and development
- Man power management
- General services, purchasing and maintenance
- Customer relation and marketing
Daily Responsibilities:
- Operational control of all divisions:
- Kitchen & Restaurant services
- Housekeeping
- Front office & receptionist
- Guide & Driver
- Security
- Purchasing
- Finance and administration
- Daily, monthly and annual maintenance of Building, Vehicle, Furniture, Equipment, Water supply and Electrical.
- Cash flow control.
- Debts and receivables control.
- Reservation, guest trip planning and schedule.
- Customer communication, market program and travel agencies management.
- Invoicing
- Merchandise and Food & Beverage sale.
- Take care of complain.
- Work schedule, overtime control, job evaluation, remuneration, recruitment and termination.
- Budgeting and yearly work plan.
- Monthly/ annual finance and management report.
- Safety management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equicalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill (s): Leadership, communication, negotiation, service recovery, Lodge operation
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- interest in social and environment impact, sustainable change and animal conservation
- Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan
- Can work as soon as possible
