Position: Project Officer
Reporting to: Project Manager Sulawesi Emergency Response
Based in: Palu
Duration: 6 (six) Months

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
MONITORING AND REPORTING
- Collating and reviewing report from each unit to be finalized and submitted to Project Manager in timely manner
- Reviewing and submitting final Local Partner report to Project Manager in monthly basis or when it is required
- Monitoring the implementation of each unit and CF local partner and follow up actions that they need to address
CAPACITY BUILDING & ANALYSIS
- Mentoring CF local partner in daily basis in order to reach the program deliveries
- Providing analysis and recommendation to each unit and Project Manager in relation to project achievement issue including addresing current problems or any potential problems in the future
COORDINATION
- Coordinating with each unit and CF local partner to ensure all project implementations follow CF and donor regulation & requirement
- Coordinating with Contract Management Coordinator in understanding and following donor requirements of Sulawesi Emergency Response
COMMUNICATION FUNCTION
- Storing all reporting and necessary documents of project are documented and archived properly
- Providing communication materials as required within CF and its alliances.
- Ensuring communication plan for Sulawesi Emergency Response in coordination with Country Office
Others
- Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding policy and procedures, and conduct him/herself in a manner consistent with the Child Safeguarding Policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years experience in working in the human service or social services and/or with a non profit agency, preferably community organization
- Computer proficiency in general office software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Have knowledge and experience in project monitoring and evaluation
- Have knowledge and experience in resource and knowledge management is preferrable
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English;
- Good oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Fast learner, high adaptability and can work under pressure
- Must be able to travel to project locations; where applicable
Bachelor’s
degree, preferably in Social work, Business Management or relevant discipline,
or equivalent relevant work experience
