Humanitarian
Response is a newly created portfolio dedicated to strengthen the role
of play and learning through play in humanitarian settings. Targeting
children through programmatic work with selected partners on the ground,
this portfolio will advocate for the importance of early childhood
development and education in humanitarian contexts.

Initiatives Manager for this new portfolio. As Initiatives Manager, you
will support the day-to-day implementation of multiple projects in
humanitarian settings, working closely with strategic partners and
supporting the on-going development of new ones. You will drive the
knowledge management agenda for the Humanitarian Response portfolio,
developing and implementing capacity-building models for new content
linked to it.
With experience in education, child protection
and/or early childhood development in international humanitarian
contexts, you will have a proven project management track record.
Having engaged directly on the ground with other humanitarian
stakeholders, you will understand the nuances of working in this
context. Experience in international NGOs or the philanthropy sector is
essential.
