- POSITION: MONITORING AND EVALUATION SAFEGUARD OFFICER
- SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree Level: Min. Bachelor
- Degree Field: Statistic, demographics, public policy, economics, social science, development studies or related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 (five) years of relevant work experience in project management monitoring and evaluation, or monitoring and implementation on safe guard issues.
- Familiar with international standards and guideline from IFC World Bank and KfW is an advantage.
- Advance certificate in M&E, statistics or economics preferred.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork and effective cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
JOB DUTIES:
- Monitoring and supporting the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF).
- Review procedures and plans annually, update and revise corresponding risk log, mitigation and management plans as necessary.
- Provide technical assistance to staff particularly in relation to safeguard issues.
- Ensure social and environmental grievance are managed effectively and transparently through the GRM.
- Help evaluate action plans in accordance with ESMF.
- Update and implement program’s monitoring and evaluation system.
- Design, coordinate and implement the monitoring and evaluation, research and learning framework of the program.
- Develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered including the database system.
- Working with the project coordinator to facilitate reporting and planning cycles.
- Development and disseminate tools, materials, reports and papers.
