The ASEAN Youth Forum (AYF) is a regional movement that represents and advocates for young people human rights and freedoms in ASEAN. AYF has been a platform of the youth in the ASEAN to raise their voice and claim for their rights for a sustainable, inclusive, people-centered, and youth-driven regional community. The network aims to institutionalize and establish its national chapters to focus the engagement on important and timely local issues affecting Southeast Asian youth and consolidate policy proposals and agenda to put forward to the relevant ASEAN offices.
Currently, Asean Youth Forum is looking for enthusiastic candidates for the following position: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning staff, Indonesia Based, Full Time
Qualification:
- Possess relevant work experience in MEL areas
- Solid experience and familiarity with impact evaluations, quantitative and qualitative research methods, surveillance surveys, research methodologies, data analysis, sampling techniques, and establishing M&E systems
- Be able to work collaboratively
- Under 35 years old
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of a MEL system to collect, interpret and aggregate data demonstrating impact and program accountability and progress.
- Coordinate with the team to monitor and evaluate (M&E) of AYF’s works
- Liaise with the team in ensuring timely M&E of AYF’s works and coordinating the baseline data collection and submission of AYF’s reports
- Lead and coordinate with the team to develop AYF’s knowledge product publication related to M&E
- Oversees all project activities to capture data on indicators and to identify best practices and lessons learned
