EcoNusa encourages the development of the capacity of civil society organizations to conduct advocacy, campaigns, communication, stakeholder engagement, and dialogue among stakeholders to meet the sustainable management of natural resources and promote transparency, conservation, and equality values. To achieve its mission, EcoNusa carries out several programs including Local Community Resilience, Policy Advocacy, Eastern Indonesia Communication Center, and Local Economic Development.

PURPOSE OF JOB
Under the direction of the Business Development Coordinator, the Finance and Administration Intern will be involved in commodity-related projects including managing monthly budgets, cost projections, and sales and profit estimates, bookkeeping and data entry, recording project financial transactions and recording other expenses.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the consistency of the program's financial management systems, procedures and controls in accordance with the Foundation's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in completing all supporting documents for the submission of advances, payment orders (reimbursement) and financial accountability in accordance with applicable regulations (Foundation Financial SOP).
- Assist in monitoring the use of program funds.
- Assist in filing all financial evidence in a neat, complete and easily accessible manner by the authorized leadership.
- Assist in compiling cost projections and estimates of commodity sales and profits.
- Assist in preparing the required data and reports accurately by direct superiors and indirect superiors on time.
- Coordinate with all personnel in the Finance Division and supervisors.
- Doing work outside the office in accordance with the tasks assigned by the leadership
- Attend meetings as required.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
- Fresh Graduate majoring in Economics/Business Administration
- Previous internship experience related to administration and finance
- Able to communicate well in writing and orally
- Able to speak Indonesian well and English at least Passive
- Able to work independently and work with Teams
- Computer literate especially Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
- Internal – Close coordination with Econusa Staffs
- External – Coordination with other parties
