We are currently looking for Finance and Operations Assistant to support the Finance Coordinator and Director of Operations in managing Empatika’s systems and operations.
Skills and Background needed:
- A degree or field of study in Accounting or Management is preferable
- Minimum 2-4 years of accounting, administration, and tax experience
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations will be helpful
- Knowledgeable in office administration
- Knowledge in project management, and experience in supporting projects
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Proficiency in general office software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive) is required
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks/Accurate/MYOB/Keysoft will be helpful.
Duties:
- Work with the Finance Coordinator and Director of Operations in managing Empatika’s systems and operations planning
- Accounting and finance transaction entry, coding, and tracking
- Assist the Finance Coordinator and Director of Operations with all finance and operational matters
- Deliver on targets related to tasks for meeting deadlines related to financial reporting and project logistics
- Support the overall team and running of day-to-day office activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
