Job Title: Development Director
Main Responsibilities include
- Lead a team of fundraisers to develop and grow Happy Hearts Indonesia
- Be the principle coordinator of local and international corporate development
- Building and expanding relationships with existing donors and creating relationships with new ones
- Plan, direct and coordinate fundraising activities, including events
- Closely work with the CEO to develop the strategy and implementation plan of any campaign programs and fundraising efforts
- Effectively liaise with other members of the team and the board to manage fundraising and project development.
- Responsible to create new relations and partnerships with corporations and other profits sector
- Develop new fundraising strategies and remain up to date about new worldwide fundraising trends

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising
- Work experience in communication and marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or related fields
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative, determined with sharp working details
- Possess leadership, communication and teamwork
