Scope of Work
- The consultant studied Organisational Governance at SHEEP Indonesia Foundation which covers the management of: Programme, Human Resources, PIMEL (Planning, Implementation, Mobitoring, Evaluation & Learning) and Assets.
- Discussed with SHEEP Indonesia Foundation internally to obtain sufficient information for the design of the digital knowledge management concept.
- Provide recommendations for the design of SHEEP Indonesia Foundation’s digital knowledge management concept
- Draft operational guidelines for SHEEP Indonesia Foundation’s digital knowledge management work.
Output
- There is Identification of problems and needs for knowledge management development of SHEEP Indonesia Foundation
- There is a conceptual design of SHEEP Indonesia digital knowledge management
- There is a proposed draft of SHEEP Indonesia digital knowledge management Work Operational Guidelines
- Submission Procedure
- Proposals can be submitted by teams / individuals who have experience in managing institutional knowledge management.
- Letter of interest and supporting documents in the form of :
- Proposal
- Budget design and estimation
- CV & Portfolio
- KTP & NPWP
