Teach First Indonesia Job Vacancy: Campaign & Talent Acquisition Manager (Fellowship), Jakarta

Teach First Indonesia is an innovative and ambitious non-profit organization that aims to address educational inequalities in Indonesia and create a society where all Indonesian children can fulfill their potential. We recruit top graduates and young professionals in Indonesia, engage them in teaching in high-need areas for a two-year period; and develop them into change leaders within the broader education ecosystem of Indonesia in the long run. As change leaders, they will play a crucial role in shaping the educational trajectories of underprivileged Indonesian students and driving systemic changes in our country's education system.

Teach First Indonesia is also working towards establishing a partnership with Teach For All, a global education network with partners in over 60 countries, including Teach First UK and Teach For Japan.

We are seeking a Campaign & Talent Acquisition Manager (Fellowship) who will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain highly qualified and motivated individuals for the Teach First Indonesia Fellowship. This position will also oversee the onboarding process for new hires and develop and implement campaigns to promote Teach First Indonesia's brand, mission, and movement. The Campaign & Talent Acquisition Manager (Fellowship) will work collaboratively with the team and receive support and guidance from our Board of Directors, which includes Teach First Indonesia's founder and Board Chair, Najelaa Shihab, Dewi Soeharto, Budhi Dyah Sitawati, Dzameer Dzulkifli, Maudy Ayunda, Phillia Wibowo, Handayani Kariko, and Bukik Setiawan.
