Cikananga Wildlife Center Job Vacancy: Conservation Education Assistant, Sukabumi - West Java

Conservation Education Assistant
(Full-time)

Yayasan Cikananga Konservasi Terpadu (or Cikananga Wildlife Center) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and its habitat in Indonesia. Established in 2001, YCKT operates through three key programs: Cikananga Wildlife Rescue Centre (PPSC), Cikananga Conservation Breeding Centre (CCBC), and Cikananga Regenerative Sustainability Program (PPBC).

PPSC provides care for animals confiscated from the illegal wildlife trade and private ownership, ensuring their rehabilitation and potential reintroduction into the wild. CCBC focuses on the conservation breeding of endangered and critically endangered songbirds and warty pig species, working to prevent their extinction through ex-situ conservation efforts. PPBC, the newest initiative, aims to be a regional leader in regenerative agriculture by promoting organic food production, sustainable land management, soil health, and composting—helping local farmers transition from agro-industrial to environmentally sustainable practices.
