Asia Community Foundation Job Vacancy: Programme Officer, Rice Funders Collaborative (RFC) Secretariat – Singapore

Country: SINGAPORE
Closing date: Tuesday, 10 Nov 2026

Asia Community Foundation Job Vacancies 2027

The Rice Funder Collaborative is full steam ahead, and we’re on the lookout for someone to help shape the future of rice. We’re now hiring a Programme Officer to turn the RFC’s strategy into grants across our first priority countries: Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia.

We’re looking for a grantmaker with 6–8 years’ experience who can take an opportunity from the first conversation through due diligence to a live, well-managed grant. You’ll also need to know one or more of our priority countries from the inside: their institutions, networks and the realities on the ground. Experience in rice, agricultural methane or climate-smart agriculture would be an added advantage.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build a grantmaking portfolio in an underfunded field. As an early hire in a new Secretariat, you’ll help shape the RFC’s systems and ways of working, not just work within them.
