Job Opportunity: Deputy Director – Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action

The International Rescue Committee, as INGO co-lead of the Alliance, is recruiting a Deputy Director to help drive the Alliance’s global vision, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high-quality, evidence-driven results for children affected by crises.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Shape global child protection strategy and governance
- Strengthen collaboration across 370+ member organisations
- Lead coordination, learning, and advocacy efforts at scale
Location: Remote (UK or Kenya)
Contract: Part-time (32 hrs/week) through March 2027, with potential extension
